Elena Terol

Elena Terol is the Founder Manager of ExcellentSearch & Selection. She has more than 20 years of experience in Executive Search companies as Russell Reynolds, Seeleger y Conde and Accord Group. She works for multinational companies and has become a specialist consultant in Financial Services, Consumer Goods, Luxury, Real Estate, Retail Distribution and Leisure & Entertainment sectors.
 
Previously, Elena worked for two international Banks: Bankers Trust Co. and ANZ Grindlays Bank where she became Customer Service Officer and Deputy Representative. Elena holds a MBA by the Instituto de Empresa and is a Certificated Coach by the Escuela Europea de Coaching and the International Coach Federation. She speaks Spanish, English and French fluently.
