Damian Goldvarg, Ph.D.

Dr. Goldvarg has consulted for twenty years to non-profit, government, and Fortune 100 corporations in Los Angeles, Latin America, Europe and Asia. He is an expert in Leadership Development and in Personal and Organizational Effectiveness.  He has experience working with people from a wide array of business sectors such as technology, energy, finance, retail and government. He holds several certificates including the Professional Certified Coach designation from the International Coaching Federation. He received his Ph.D. in Organizational Psychology from Alliant International University in California. Originally from Argentina, he delivers services in English, Spanish and Portuguese.  Dr. Goldvarg's network  of consultants includes professionals with a strong commitment to clients and a wide variety of skills.

Professional History:

Dr. Damian Goldvarg received his License as a Clinical Psychologist in 1987 from the University of Buenos Aires, Argentina. He worked as a Professor Assistant teaching Group Dynamics and Child Development until 1990, when he immigrated to the United States and went back to school to get his MS in Marriage and Family Counseling from California State University Northridge. In 1997, he received his Ph.D. in Organizational Psychology and kept working as a leadership trainer, organizational consultant, and executive coach. In 2000, he was hired by the Los Angeles office of Personnel Decisions International (PDI)and he had the opportunity to start working internationally, giving him the opportunity to enhance his consulting and coaching skills and to learn what working globally really means.  He has worked in over 30 countries in person, facilitating leadership and coaching programs. Currently, he runs his own consulting company. performing executive assessments, leadership training, and coaching. He is also a licensed counselor in California and member of the American Psychological Association, International Coach Federation (ICF), Toastmasters International, and Society for Industrial and Organizational Psychologists. He is currently a Global Director for the Board of Directors of the International Coach Federation.
