Our experience both as a clinical psychologists and as an organizational development consultants, help us to focus not only on creating valuable learning experiences for our clients, but also identifying and overcoming obstacles for success. We enjoy challenging people to set stretch goals and produce results beyond their original expectations.
Clients we coach:
The people we work with are managers at different levels of the organization as well as individual contributors. Some of them participated in assessment centers in which we were the lead coaches and as a result of working together in their assessment process, they choose to keep working in their professional development with our assistance. We have experience working with people from a wide array of business sectors, such as technology, energy, finance, and government. We work with clients in the United States as well as in Europe, Asia, and Latin America. We coach clients in English, Spanish, and Portuguese. Coaching clients include executives from the United Nations, Alcoa, Ericsson, Shell, Wal-Mart, and the Inter American Development Bank, among others.

The results we achieve range from producing results beyond expectations, addressing development needs and enhancing performance considerably, to creating new possibilities for advancement as well as new career directions. We work on what really matter to the coachee, setting stretch targets that unleashes their aspirations, revealing assumptions or behaviors that produced unintended results, and on generating conversations for action.
Professional History:
Dr. Damian Goldvarg received his License as a Clinical Psychologist in 1987 from the University of Buenos Aires, Argentina. He worked as a Professor Assisstant teaching Group Dynamics and Child Development until 1990, when he immigrated to the United States and went back to school to get his MS in Marriage and Family Counseling from California State University Northridge. In 1997, he received his Ph.D. in Organizational Psychology and kept working as a leadership trainer, organizational consultant, and executive coach. In 2000, he was hired by the Los Angeles office of Personnel Decisions International and he had the opportunity to start working internationally, giving him the opportunity to enhance his consulting and coaching skills as well as learning what working globally really means. Currently, he runs his own consulting company and work as a cadre consultant for PDI, performing executive assessments, leadership trainings, and management coaching, and he is a licensed counselor in California and member of the American Psychological Association, Coaching International Federation, and Society for Organizational and Industrial Psychologists. He has been certified as a Professional Certified Caoch and is in the Board of the Los Angeles Chapter of the International Coach Federation and a member of the Steering Comittee planining the International Coach Federation Conference to take place in Orlando in December 2009.

When we take on coaching engagements, we believe that the key to success is the commitment to produce results beyond the expected from both the coach and the coachee. Coaching happens in conversations so we prepare to have the most possible enlighten conversations to realize the coachee´s vision and values through personal transformation, team learning, and breakthrough projects.
