Carmen Peter, PCC

Carmen Peter holds a Master in Mathematics, a Degree in Pedagogical Sciences, a Master in International Relations from the University of Brussels. She studied Transactional Analysis in Brussels; is a certified coach from the MOZAIK -coaching school Paris;  certified  in MBTI, FIRO-B, MSCEIT, NEO PI-R, Master Practitioner in NLP, all these done in UK.  Having lived in different countries, she has worked with about 27 nationalities and currently working in five languages (English, French, Spanish, Italian and Romanian) She introduces an international aspect to the programmes with an enjoyment of sharing knowledge and learning in the development path.  Some on her recent clients are London Business School, European Parliament, Lilly, Mobistar, Proximus, UCB, Schindler,  Arcelor – Mittal, Unilever. As for the European Commission she worked with 5 Commissioners, 10 Directors General, 50 Directors, 50 Heads of Unit, meaning more than 100 senior and middle managers.   The areas covered are quite a number of what is known as management: personal & professional assessment, interpersonal and communication skills, emotional intelligence, coaching in management and leadership skills, selection, appraisal, interview techniques, career and mobility strategy, personal branding, training of trainers and coaches, training of mentors and mentees, facilitation of the work of teams, executive boards, task forces, brainstorming and decision making meetings.
