
Amel has spent eight years leading engagements that require a strong understanding of the interplay of strategy, leadership and culture change in global DAX and Fortune 500 businesses as well as family enterprises and Non-for Profit organizations. She leads classes on leadership, coaches CEOs and executives on long-term culture change, and works with teams to execute strategy. Amel has worked with executives at Deutsche Telekom, Daimler, Chrysler, SAP, Microsoft, BASF, DKV, DuPont, Heidelberger Druck, Lekkerland, Lufthansa, OMV, Plansee, Villeroy & Boch, Deutsche Post, OENB, Rewe, Ergo, KWS, Betaseed and OMV. She began her career as project leader at Mercedes Benz and manager Knowledge transfer at DainlerChrysler Corporate University. Then followed her interest in organisational development by becoming a consultant – first at the Boston Consulting Group in Dusseldorf and Cologne, then at the Beratergruppe Neuwaldegg in Vienna. A native Tunisian, Amel holds a master degree in mechanical engineering from Karlsruhe University in Germany, speaks Arabic, English, French and German.
